Morgan Allen has over two decades of experience in recruiting and has worked closely with engineering teams, Founders, and executive leadership. He has played a key role in helping multiple companies grow from early-stage startups into publicly traded companies.

Morgan taught himself to code in order to fully understand the complexities of different engineering roles and the challenges they address. A long the way he’s built various tools, bots and automations.

Outside of work, Morgan is an avid long distance runner. You can typically find him on Strava chasing leaderboards.
